Camden County Man Found Guity Of Shooting 3, One Fatally In Bridgeton

BRIDGETON, NJ.- On Monday, a 25-year-old Camden County, New Jersey, man learned he would most likely be spending the rest of his life in New Jersey State Prison after being convicted in connection with the shooting of three people, one fatally, and leaving two others hospitalized, that occurred in February 2021, inside a Bridgeton, New Jersey residence, during what was to be a music recording session.
Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae reported that on Monday, May 5, 2025, following a nearly month-long trial in Cumberland County Superior Court, a jury found Tyzir Hall, 25, of Clemonton, New Jersey, guilty of the charges of first-degree Murder; first-degree Attempted Murder; second-degree Aggravated Assault; and multiple second-degree Weapons Offenses.
Evidence Presented At Trial
Jury selection began on April 8, 2025. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office presented evidence that on February 8, 2021, Hall entered a residence at 418 South Avenue in the City of Bridgeton with Shaheed Little. Once in the basement of the residence, Hall pulled out a gun and shot Little twice, causing his death.
Hall then shot John Beverly, III in the face and Shanetris Anderson in the leg. Beverly and Anderson survived the shooting.
The investigation involved area surveillance footage, ballistic evidence, cell phone records, and cell phone data, which led to Hall’s arrest and prosecution. The investigation was conducted by Detectives of the Bridgeton Police Department and the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
Following the jury returning their findings of guilt, Superior Court Judge Cristen P. D’Arrigo accepted the jury’s verdict and scheduled sentencing for July 18, 2025. At that time, Hall faces up to life in State Prsion.
