PHILADELPHIA, PA.- A 49-year-old Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, woman found out on Tuesday she will be well into her eighties when she gets out of federal prison after being sentenced to three-and-a-half decades for participating in the horrific sexual abuse of a preteen girl with her boyfriend and filming the sex crimes.
On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, Tina Marie Farley, 49, of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Joshua D. Wolson to 420 months in federal prison, to be followed by ten years of supervised release on her guilty plea to Facilitating, Permitting, and Participating in the Sexual Abuse of a Minor; and the Manufacture of Child Pornography.
In addition to the term of imprisonment, Judge Wolson ordered Farley to pay $3,000 in restitution to her victim. Farley was initially charged by federal indictment in December 2023, with the charges and pleaded guilty in January 2025.
According To U.S. Attorney David Metcalf
According to U.S. Attorney David Metcalf and documents filed with the District Court, beginning in October 2017 and over the course of 18 months, Farley facilitated the sexual abuse of a child by her boyfriend, including engaging in sexual contact with the child and video recording and photographing the sexual abuse.
At times, Farley was present for and even participated in the sexual abuse and video-recorded herself engaged in the sexual abuse of the child, who at the time was between 12 and 13 years old, to create child pornography.
“This defendant badly betrayed a child who trusted her and now must be held accountable for that exploitation,” said U.S. Attorney Metcalf. “Those who sexually abuse children cause lasting harm, an emotional toll that’s unfathomable. My office and the FBI are working aggressively every day to find and prosecute child predators to keep them from hurting more innocent victims.”

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
