Following entering his guilty plea last Monday, Judge Incarvito-Garrabrant accepted the plea and scheduled Jordan to be sentenced on September 19, 2025.
The guilty plea stems from an incident that unfolded on December 26, 2021, when members of the Hamilton Township Police Department observed a vehicle being driven by Jordan commit multiple motor vehicle violations. Based on the motor vehicle infractions, Police Officers conducted a traffic stop. Following a consent search of the vehicle, Police Officers located a loaded handgun.
