HARRISBURG, PA.- A 24-year-old Annville, Pennsylvania, man and accused child predator is potentially facing spending the rest of his life in prison after being indicted late last month on multiple federal child pornography offenses and enticing a child to engage in sexual activity to produce child pornography.

According to Acting U.S. Attorney John C. Gurganus, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, a Federal Grand Jury for the Middle District of Pennsylvania returned an indictment charging Christian Taylor Harding, 24, of Annville, Pennsylvania, with Attempted Coercion, Enticement of a Minor; Attempted Production of Child Pornography; Receipt of Child Pornography; and Possession of Child Pornography.

According To The Charging Information Unsealed In The Indictment

According to the charging information unsealed in the indictment, it is alleged that on or about February 3, 2025, Harding attempted to produce digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of a child. It is further alleged that he coerced and enticed a child to engage in illicit sexual activity.

The indictment further alleges that between January 1, 2025, and February 27, 2025, Harding received and possessed digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.

If convicted at trial, Harding faces a maximum of life in federal prison, a term of supervised release, and a fine. When sentenced, upon a finding of guilt, a U.S. District Court Judge would determine the term of imprisonment based on the seriousness of the offenses and Harding’s prior criminal history, if any.

“The rules of the court require us to include a statement that states: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations, and the defendant and or defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.”
