North Stonington Drug Dealer Sentenced For Crystal Meth Trafficking

BRIDGEPORT, CT.- A 45-year-old North Stonington, Connecticut, woman, and a local North Stonington drug dealer, will be spending the next six years in federal prison after being sentenced yesterday in Federal Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut, for her previously entered guilty plea to a federal narcotics violation.
According to U.S. Attorney David X. Sullivan, on Thursday, June 26, 2025, Jill Mulligan, 45, of North Stonington, Connecticut, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Stefan R. Underhill to 72 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release for Possession with Intent to Distribute a controlled Substance, Crystal Meth.
Mullican has been detained since March 12, 2025, after her federal court bond was revoked. Mulligan previously pleaded guilty to the charge on November 1, 2023, and will now be transferred to a Bureau of Prisons Facility to serve her term of imprisonment.
According To Court Documents
According to charging documents and statements made in the District Court, in April and May of 2023, during a narcotics investigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Northern Connecticut Gang Task Force conducted three controlled buys of crystal meth from Mulligan.
Following the controlled buys, on May 4, 2023, Mulligan was taken into custody. At the time of her arrest, Federal Investigators executed court-authorized searches of Mulligan’s North Stonington residence and her vehicle. During the search, Investigators located around 390 grams of crystal meth, quantities of crack cocaine, LSD, and prescription pills.
