Elderly Man Struck & Killed Friday Morning In Wayne, New Jersey

WAYNE, NJ.- Police are continuing the investigation into a fatal pedestrian collision after a 77-year-old Wayne Township, New Jersey, man died of injuries after being struck by a motorcycle Friday morning in Wayne Township, New Jersey.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Friday, June 27, 2025, shortly before 9:30 a.m., members of the Wayne Township Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian being struck by a motorcycle on Ratzer Road in the Township.
Police Officers Find Elderly Man Fatally Struck By Motorcycle
Upon arrival, Police Officers located a 77-year-old Wayne, New Jersey man, who had succumbed to injuries after being struck by a motorcycle. The man was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene. Police reported that the driver of the motorcycle remained on scene and is cooperating with authorities.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No charges or summonses have been filed at this time.
