What we know so far is that it is becoming apparent that President Trump is going to send federal law enforcement officers into Chicago, Illinois, to quell the increase in violent crime across the city, beginning later this week, with a large-scale Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation.
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson are planning to block Trump’s plan, playing into Trump’s plan to declare a National Emergency.
