Mexican Cocaine Dealer Sentenced For Illegal Reentry Into The U.S.

BOSTON, MA.- A previously deported Mexican National and local cocaine dealer will have to spend six months in federal prison before he is removed from the United States, after being sentenced yesterday for unlawfully being in the United States.

     According to U.S. Attorney Leah B. Foley, on Friday, September 19, 2025, Fredi Rios-Nolasco, 34, of Mexico, illegally residing in Hudson, Massachusetts, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Myong J. Joun to six months in federal prison, after pleading guilty to a federal immigration crime.

     In June 2025, Rios-Nolasco appeared in Federal Court in Boston, Massachusetts, and pleaded guilty to a one-count federal indictment charging Illegal Reentry into the United States by a Previously Deported Alien.

According To Court Documents

     According to documents filed with the District Court, on March 6, 2025, Federal Immigration Officials lodged a detainer against Rios-Nolasco, after he was taken into custody by members of the Hudson Police Department and charged in Marlborough District Court for trafficking 200 grams or more of cocaine. During his arrest procedure, Rios-Nolasco’s fingerprints matched biometrics from his previous deportations.

     Upon completion of his term of imprisonment, Rios-Nolasco will face immediate deportation proceedings and be removed from the United States Back to Mexico.
