Motorcyclist Killed In Sunday Afternoon West Milford Crash

WEST MILFORD, NJ.- On Sunday, an elderly Wayne, New Jersey, man was tragically killed when the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a vehicle on Morestown Road in West Milford, New Jersey.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Sunday, October 5, 2025, around 12:30 p.m., members of the West Milford Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a serious motor vehicle collision on Morestown Road in West Milford.
Police Officers Locate A Motorcycle Struck By A Car
Upon arrival, Police Officers located a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 that had collided with a 2020 Triumph Motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, identified as a 78-year-old Wayne, New Jersey, man, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz, identified as an 18-year-old woman from West Milford, New Jersey, remained at the scene.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made or charges filed as of Monday afternoon.
