Two Camden County Men Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography

CAMDEN, NJ.- Late last month, a 30-year-old Camden, New Jersey, man and a 23-year-old Barrington, New Jersey, man were taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with possessing digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, an investigation conducted by Investigators of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, including Task Force Detectives from the Gloucester Township Police Department, Cherry Hill Police Department, and the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, along with Investigators with the U.S. Homeland Security Investigations-Cherry Hill, in conjunction with both the Camden County Police Department and the Barrington Police Department led to the arrests of Wilfredo Lugo, 30, of Camden, and Zachary, 23, of Barrington.

According to arrest reports, on September 24, 2025, Wilfredo Lugo, 30, of Camden, New Jersey, was formally charged with third-degree Possession of Child Pornography. The charge was a result of a CyberTip, which led Detectives and Investigators to an online account used to view, download, and possess media files depicting child pornography.
During the investigation, Investigators and Detectives identified Lugo as the user of the account. Additionally, a subsequent forensic examination of Lugo’s cellular phone uncovered child pornography. Lugo was taken into custody on September 24, 2025. He was processed on the charge and was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility pending future court proceedings in Camden County Superior Court.
Zachary Lieber, 23, of Barrington, New Jersey, was taken into custody on September 25, 2025, and formally charged with third-degree Possession of Child Pornography. The charge was also the result of a CyberTip, which led Detectives and Investigators to an online account used to view, download, and possess media files depicting child pornography.
During the course of the investigation, Investigators and Detectives identified Lieber as the user of the account. Additionally, a subsequent forensic examination of Lieber’s cellular phone uncovered media files depicting child pornography. He was processed on the charge and was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility pending future court proceedings in Camden County Superior Court.
