None of the victims were injured in the incident.
Campbell was quickly taken into custody at the scene and was formally charged by Police Officers with one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. He was processed on the charge and was remanded to the D.C. Central Detention Facility pending future court proceedings in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
