     “Cory Alverez Who Was Flown Into The Country Under Biden’s Parole Plan Stands Charged With Sexual Assault Of A Child.”

HINGHAM, MASS.- In another case of The Biden Administration’s Failed Border Policies, a 26-Year-Old Haitian Immigrant, who was Flown into The United States in June of 2023, under Biden’s Expanded Parole Plan was Taken into Custody Wednesday Night and Charged with The Rape of a 15-Year-Old Girl in The Comfort Inn Hotel that is being used to house Migrants. 

    Cory B. Alvarez, 26, of Haiti who has been living at a Migrant Hotel in Rockland, Massachusetts was Taken into CustodyWednesday Night and Charged with Raping a 15-Year-Old Girl inside one of the rooms, according to District Attorney’s Office.

     Mr. Alvarez, Pleaded not Guilty at his Arraignment Yesterday in Hingham District Court to One Count of Aggravated Rape of a Child, Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz said. Alverez is being Held Without Bail pending a Dangerousness Hearing which has been Scheduled for March 22, 2024.

     On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, shortly after 7:00 p.m., Members of The Rockland Police Department responded to The Comfort Inn located at 850 Hingham Street on a report of a Sexual Assault, Cruz stated. The Comfort Inn is currently being used as a State and Federal Program to House Migrant Families, and Alverez is listed as living at that address.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers found the Teenage Girl, who was Taken by Ambulance to South Shore Hospital for Treatment, Cruz said. 

     The Girl, who only speaks Haitian Creole told Authorities through an interpreter she went to Alvarez’s room so he could help her with Apps on a Tablet before he forced himself on her. The Girl told Police, “I asked him to leave me alone, but he didn’t stop.’

     Immigration and Customs Enforcement has Placed a Detainer on Alvarez, and The Court Ordered him to Surrender his Passport and have no contact with the girl.

     Alvarez entered The U.S. under The Policy that was first announced for Venezuelans in October 2022, which allowed a limited number to fly directly into The U.S. as long as they had not entered Illegally, had a Sponsor in The U.S., and passed Certain Background Checks. 

     In January 2023, The Biden Administration announced they were expanding the program to include Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Cubans allowing up to 30,000 People per Month into The U.S. Under the Program, Migrants would receive Work Permits and a Two-Year Authorization to live in The United States.
