Levitttown Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Gloucester County Teen

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Last Friday, a 26-year-old Levittown, Pennsylvania, man was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with sexually assaulting a Gloucester County, New Jersey, teen girl.
According to Gloucester County Prosecutor Andrew B. Johns, Sean M. Flohr, 26, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, has been charged with three counts of second-degree Sexual Assault; three counts of second-degree Sexual Assault of a Child between the Ages of Thirteen and Sixteen; two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Sexual Conduct; one count of third-degree Possession of Child Pornography; one count of first-degree Production of Child Pornography; and one count of second-degree Production of Child Pornography.
Flohr was taken into custody on Friday, January 16, 2026, at his Levittown, Pennsylvania, home by members of the Bucks County SWAT Team. He was processed on a fugitive from justice warrant and is currently lodged at the Bucks County Correctional Facility, pending extradition to Gloucester County, New Jersey.
According to the charging document filed in the case, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit received a CyberTip regarding a post on Reddit, where a minor sought assistance with meeting an adult male to engage in sexual intercourse.
Based on the tip, Detectives identified both the child and the alleged suspect, identified as Flohr, and contacted the child’s guardian. Soon thereafter, the child called 911 to report that someone she knew as “Dean” had just left her home. She further reported that “Dean” had brought Taco Bell, a sex toy, lubricant, and a condom, and they engaged in sexual activity. She additionally reported that “Dean” cut her wrist after the sexual encounter.
The child reported that “Dean” had originally contacted her on Reddit and eventually continued communication through Discord. The girl stated that she had been instructed to take photos and create videos of herself nude and send them to him.
If convicted at trial, Flohr faces up to 20 years in New Jersey State Prison on the first-degree charge, up to 10 ten years on each of the second-degree charges, and a maximum of five years for each of the third-degree charges.
