CHESTER, PA.- Two people are dead and three others remain hospitalized in critical condition, following a Wednesday morning shooting at a business located on West 4th Street in Chester, Pennsylvania, a town just west of Philadelphia.

     A suspect was taken into custody in the nearby city of Trainer, according to Chester Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky.

     The shooting occurred at Delaware County Linen on Wednesday morning, just around 8:40 a.m. 

     “This is a story that plays out too often across the United States of America,” Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said during a news conference this morning. “A disgruntled employee has walked into a linen shop, the Delaware County Linen shop behind us, and shot five people, five coworkers.”

     Authorities have not released the names of the two people killed or the injured three. Police have not released the name of the shooter at this time.
