New Castle Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Drug Trafficking & Firearms

PITTSBURGH, PA.- On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Donald Jeter, 34, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Arthur J. Schwab to 110 months in federal prison, followed by six years of supervised release for drug trafficking and firearms offenses.
Jeter had previously appeared before Judge Schwab and pleaded guilty to Distribution of Fentanyl; Distribution of Cocaine; and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
According to U.S. Attorney Eric G. Olshan and documents filed with the court, beginning in May 2021 through October 2022, Jeter conspired with others to distribute quantities of fentanyl and cocaine throughout the Lawrence County and Mercer County areas of Western Pennsylvania and to possessing a firearm on August 10, 2022, following a felony conviction.
