According To The U.S. Attorney’s Office

According to Acting U.S. Attorney Joshua Levy, During an investigation into the criminal activities of the Cameron Street gang, a violent Boston gang that had a history of drug trafficking, Depina was identified as an older associate of the gang. In 2018, Depina was convicted in Plymouth Superior Court of possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl and received a three to five-year state prison sentence.

After being released from prison and during an ongoing investigation, Depina was recorded as he distributed cocaine and crack cocaine to a cooperating witness.
