Monroe County Man Indicted On Drug Trafficking & Firearms Offenses

SCRANTON, PA.- Today, November 13, 2024, a Federal Grand Jury for the Middle District of Pennsylvania returned an indictment against Robert Stull, 46, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, on Federal Drug Trafficking and Firearms charges.

     According to U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam and charging information unsealed in the indictment, it has been alleged that Stull possessed with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, possessed with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, and an amount of marijuana on September 12, 2024, in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania.

     The indictment further alleges that also on September 12, 2024, Stull possessed multiple firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and that Stull possessed one firearm with an obliterated serial number.

     The charges unsealed in the indictment were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.

“The rules of the court require us to include a statement that states: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations, and the defendant and or defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.”
