MOUNT HOLLY, NJ.- Today, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw reported that following an investigation, a 37-year-old Burlington Township, New Jersey man has been charged with the strangling death of his elderly cellmate inside the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
Rondale Holloman, 37, of Burlington Township, New Jersey, was charged with first-degree Murder in connection with the death of Kenneth Bulle, 74, of Mount Holly, New Jersey.
The death was uncovered in the early morning hours of Thursday, November 14, 2024, when Corrections Officers became aware that a fight had occurred and Holloman had attacked Bulle inside the cell they shared. Corrections Officers found Bulle unresponsive in the cell.
A subsequent autopsy performed by the Burlington County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be manual strangulation and the manner to be homicide.
Holloman has been lodged in the county jail since September, when he was charged with second-degree Aggravated Assault. Bulle was remanded to the county jail in October after he was charged with first-degree Attempted Murder and weapons offenses.
