According to the charging information, in July 2023, New Jersey State parole agents conducted a search of Snow’s Galloway Township residence due to suspicions Snow was violating the terms of parole. During the search, parole officers seized Snow’s cellular phone. Snow admitted to parole officers the phone contained illegal images of children. A subsequent court-authorized search of the phone uncovered numerous files containing child pornography.
During Monday’s plea hearing, Judge Taylor accepted the plea and scheduled sentencing for April 21, 2025, pending a sex offender evaluation at Avenel Diagnostic Treatment Facility.
