McKees Rocks Man Pleads Guilty To Possession Of Child Pornography

PITTSBURGH. PA.- On Tuesday, a 38-year-old McKess Rocks, Pennsylvania man learned he would be facing up to 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing nearly 2,000 digital images and video files depicting the sexual exploitation and the sexual abuse of children.
According to Acting U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti, on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, Brandon Jennings, 38, of McKees Rocks, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and pleaded guilty before Senior U.S. District Court Judge Joy Flowers Conti to one count of Child Pornography.
Jennings Admits To Possessing 2,000 Images Of Child Pornography
In connection with the terms of the guilty plea, Judge Conti was advised that during an investigation into online child pornography activities, Jennings possessed 926 digital images and 803 video files depicting the sexual exploitation and abuse of children, including many of which depicted prepubescent children being sexually abused.
Following entering his guilty plea, Judge Conti scheduled sentencing for June 25, 2025. At that time, Jennings faces up to 20 years in federal prison, at least five years and up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. When sentenced, a U.S. District Court Judge will determine the term of imprisonment based on the seriousness of the offense and Jennings’s prior criminal history, if any.
