Paterson Man Struck & Killed By A Motor Vehicle Friday Morning

PATERSON, NJ.- A 60-year-old Paterson, New Jersey, man was tragically killed after being struck by a motor vehicle Friday morning in the City of Paterson, New Jersey.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Friday, March 7, 2025, just shortly after 10:00 a.m., members of the Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a pedestrian being struck vehicle near the intersection of Main Street and Madison Avenue in the City of Paterson.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 60-year-old Paterson, New Jersey, man who had succumbed to injuries after being struck by a Jeep Cherokee. The man was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Jeep Cherokee remained at the scene.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No charges or summonses have been reported at this. Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
