Blairstown Man Charged With Sexual Assault & Criminal Sexual Contact

BLAIRSTOWN, NJ.- Following an extensive investigation into allegations of sexual assault, on Sunday, March 2, 2025, a 63-year-old Warren County, New Jersey, masseur was taken into custody and jailed after being charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a client at the Simply Day Spa, located on Route 94 in Blairstown, New Jersey.
According to Acting Warren County Prosecutor Jessica L. Cardone, Seung K. Chang, 63, of Blairstown, was taken into custody at Newark Liberty International Airport by members of the Port Authority Police Department upon returning to the United States.
Chang Was Lodged In The Warren County Jail
Chang was transported to the Blairstown Police Department and formally charged with one count of second-degree Sexual Assault; and twelve counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact. Chang was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Center, pending future court proceedings in Warren County Superior Court in Belvidere, New Jersey.
If convicted at trial, Chang faces up to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison on the sexual assault charge, and up to eighteen months in State Prison on each count of the Criminal Sexual Contact charge.
