Toms River Man Charged For Failure To Update Sex Offender Registry

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Friday, March 7, 2025, Keith Hadden, 36, of Toms River, New Jersey, was taken into custody and jailed after being charged with two counts of third-degree Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, an investigation by Detectives of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Megan’s Law Squad uncovered that Hadden moved from his Toms River, New Jersey address to Seaside Heights, New Jersey, without registering or notifying the local Police Department of his new address, which is required by law under Megan’s Law registration requirements.
Detectives Learn Hadden Was Fire From His Job
During further investigation, Detectives uncovered that Hadden had been terminated from his place of employment and failed to notify local law enforcement of his termination, a violation of Megan’s Law.
