Woman Fatally Stabbed Sunday Morning In The City Of Passaic

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County law enforcement investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the stabbing death of a woman that occurred Sunday morning inside a residence in the City of Passaic, New Jersey.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Sunday, March 16, 2025, shortly after 9:30 a.m., members of the Passaic Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a stabbing at a residence near the intersection of 4th and Bergen Streets in the City of Passaic.

Police Officers Find Woman Fatally Stabbed
Upon arrival, Police Officers and First Responders found a 31-year-old Passaic, New Jersey, woman inside the residence, unresponsive from multiple life-threatening stab wounds. The woman was immediately transported to St. Mary’s Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been reported at this time as Detectives are continuing their investigation into the events that led up to the fatal stabbing.
