PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- On Thursday, April 17, 2025, a jury sitting in Warren County, New Jersey, found a 43-year-old Phillipsburg, New Jersey man guilty of sexually assaulting a child beginning when the child was just nine years old.

According to Acting Warren County Prosecutor Jessica L. Cardone, on Thursday, following a trial in Warren County Superior Court before Superiorv Court Judge H. Rosado Faces Life In New Jersey State Prison

Following the jury returning their findings of guilt, Judge Curry accepted the verdict and scheduled sentencing for May 30, 2025. At that time, Rosado faces a mandatory minimum of 25 years and up to life in New Jersey State Prison. Rosado will also be subject to parole supervision for life and be required to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law restraints.
